I wanted to drop you a note to thank you for everything you did for Mom from the appraisal process right through to the closing. Your honesty and no "bs" approach was refreshing and highly valued. On behalf of the family, I wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was to meet you, work with you on the sale, and to let you know that we would recommend you to anyone. Within in the first few minutes of meeting you it was clear that you wouldn't mislead or offer false hope in any way, and that is very rare in these times. I can't thank you enough or convey how much this means to myself and the rest of the family. You helped to make a difficult time go smoothly as well as having a lot of patience with a rowdy bunch.
